You can do the test on the day of, and first morning urine is best. The urine sample comes with a pipette and vial with a small amount of solution in it. You will pipette some of the sample over into the vial and it will change to a shade of red. A color chart is provided in which you can match the red after 2 to 3 minutes and that shade is correlated with a number. You then can give the consultant you booked the appointment with that number. They will then run it through our analysis software and be able to provide you with results during your consultation. The whole process shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes.
THE ONLY things that you can’t take 24 hours before taking the meta-oxy test are antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, or alcohol. Also no exercising right before taking it. Anything else they mention is a yes you can take it.
