# I took the test kit, what are the next steps?
## Next Steps After Purchase
Hello, Thank you for reaching out about the next steps! Since you have taken your test, we would ask you to record your results and relay that information to your coach at the time of your consultation or email them to info@pompaprogram.com. We recommend taking a picture of your results next to the chart to capture it properly.
Next, you will need to book your consultation with us. If you haven't had a chance to do that yet, please give us a call at [1-800-691-7422](tel:18006917422) so we can help you schedule your appointment over the phone.
Also, please click on the link below to complete Neurotoxicity assessment. This will take around 30 minutes to complete. Once you get into the site you will be prompted to create a username and password.
